Smart Surfing- Key Word Searching

Here is a Post about Smart Surfing- Key Word Searches. Miss Kyla came into our Literacy class and told up about Google. She said that if we type something up like When is the Niue Netball Trials, you have to type up When is the Niue Netball trials not Niue Netball trials because google will give you the answer and information that you wrote but not the date so you have to type up carefully. This is what it should look like Date for the Niue Netball trials then it will come up with the date.

Money and change

My maths group have been learning about money and change I have been working with Matiu it was hard we had to show how much money we would give to the shopkeeper.

Immersion Assemble Term 3

On our first day of school we had a Immersion Assemble at Pt England school, this term we are going to learn about Trade & Enterpri$e.

First's team one was up, They were learning about how to earn money, by doing things around there classroom, how they spend money and by helping people earn money. So when they have there market they will all have money to spend on.

Next up was team 2 they were talking about ice cream, There question was what kind of ice cream do you like? what ingredients do you put in a ice cream and what kind of topping do you think is in a Ice cream?

After team 2 it was team 3 turn Mrs king came up with her helpers and said "what would you be when you grow up" Mrs King's helpers wanted to be a fire engine a netball player a rugby league player and a basketball player.    

After that team 4 came up they were talking about what would you do when you find money on the ground? Would you spend it, Would you find the person that owns it.

Finally team 5 had to acked in front of us it was funny because Mr Basks was wearing a dress and our theme for team 5 was fanancially responsible.
