Show not Tell

Malo, In room 1 with Mr Wiseman ,Mrs Nua came and talked about Show not Tell, Our topic is Cross Country day, I had wrote a paragraph showing not telling after the race. Oh and please comment if I have any mistakes Thank you.

Show not Tell paragraph 

Once I flashed past Miss Berry like a cheetah my heart was pounding like the beat of a drum. As I approached to the finish line I could hear the roar of the crowds, Once I passed the finish line I felt like I was going fall in a pile of humongous clouds of pins. I needed a glass of water so  I grabbed the cup with all my might and drank it, It dripped on my shirt like ice that melts into my hot steaming shirt.

Sleeping Advice Column

Hello, In Room 1 my literacy class with Mr Wiseman, we are currently learning about sleeping I've made a presentation called the Sleeping Advice Column it's about me fixing people's sleeping problems. I hope you enjoy.   

Kiwi kids News

Kiwi kids news is all about interesting things like the new ship there building and it's even bigger than the first ever built ship called the Titanic. This is one of least article I've read it's called glitter poo in the zoo it's in this presentation you won't like. Ok that all I hope you enjoy my Presentation. Bye

Veronica's Velvet

When Veronica was a little girl her mum made her a cushion it was a special cushion it had 2 velvet colors on it.  Veronica's mum even sewed it with a gold string and a heart in the middle. Veronica loved it so much and the little bits she had lifted over veronica put it into a box so she could use it later for anything she would want to sew later.  

Trapped

 Trapped is a story of 2 kids there names were Erika and Toby were playing in the sand Toby saw a sand tunnel and thought to himself and said there might be a treasure down there. So Toby went and started digging.  Erika saw him digging and ask "Why are you digging"
"I'm digging for treasure" Toby replied Erika didn't mind so she started digging to. The tunnel slowly falling back into a hole. Ok that all I'm telling you you'll find out once you read the book.

Identity

This photo shows about my Identity. Me and my Family come from a village in Tonga called Vavau and Hapai. I love playing sport that is my Identity. I am proud to be a sport council at Pt England school. Half of myself is creative, always love my family, brave, calm and always humble. The other half of myself is always confused, happy, frustrated and always a not an confident person.
