Hi, I have been working really hard on this. Today is the time to show you guys, I will show you why I drew this.
1. volley ball, I love to play sports,
2. Tongan flag, It represents my culture,
3. New Zealand, Where I was born,
fourth and finally the Holy Bible, I love to go Church. 

Reflection

One of the things that I really liked about 2015 was getting to know the year 8’s better and having a great year with them.  The year 8’s showed me to be more confident because I was so shy then.  Now the year 8’s are gone they past the role to us.  As the year went past I was a year 8 in 2016 the two goals for this year was to play more sports and learn more skills and to become a good leader and being more confidence about speaking in front of team 5. Once I leave Pt England school I will hand the role to the year 7’s for 2017.  

2015 reflection

Hi, Team 5 is doing a 2015 reflection doc that we had to answer the question that Mrs tele'a has given  us. Here is my answer for this year. 



 a. How do you feel about this year? 2015 was really fun. We did a lot of thing like year 7s rainbow end and the year 8s camp. 

 b. What did you find especially satisfying this year? What I have found satisfying is when I got to know the year 8s and the teachers.

c. What did you find especially frustrating/difficult this year? The most difficult thing this year was how we had to do P.E and I was not that fit then. 

 d. If you were to give yourself a grade out of 10 - 10 being awesome…what would you grade yourself? Why? I would grade myself 7 because at Athletes with the year 7&8 team I didn’t do well. But with the whole team It turn out to be great. 

 e. In what ways did you contribute to team 5 in 2015? I represented team five by going to interzone and eastern zone. 

 f. What would you change for yourself in 2016? I might change how my learning has been. 

 g. What might you want next year’s teacher to know about you (things you’re good at)? I want my teacher to know that I am a good at multiplication. 

 h. What things might you want more help with? I need more help on my word problem. 

 i. What could you show your teacher from your blog to help her/him understand those things? That I used help from the person I am working with.

Maasai People

This is our Maasai Tribe presentation. We are learning about Maasai tribe. I can tell you one fact about maasai. Maasai people lives between southern kenya and northern Tanzania.

Number of the week

Today Miss Tele'a gave us a slideshow that we could do it is called Number of the week. My number of the week is 1092. My high bit about this slide is how we had to write a word problem. And my least favorite part was how I had to write my number in Maori. I hope you like my slide show.     

Superman History

This blog post is about famous superhero. There are question about his history and how his started.At first Superman was a villian.  Then he was made to be a super hero.  He was the first superhero created.  He really had to adapt to earth as he was sent from his home planet because it was about to explode. 

Man of steel...red underwear or blue underwear?    Why did it change?
Super man changed his underwear into blue because it looked sleek, cool and it was in a different time.

Krypton - what is it?

Krypton is a planet which Superman originated from.

Why was it important to Superman?To help save  the world from villains

What part did Superman's parents have in his survival?When Krypton was about to explode Superman’s parents put him in a spaceship and before the explosion the spaceship left to earth

Original powers?  

Flying, Lazer eyes, Strength, Speed, Solar power,

Did he fly in the beginning?No

What changed in term of his super powers?

He then got updated by DC Comics and they gave him mre abilities

Daily planet - his workplace...how does he adapt between his human workplace and being a superhero?
